Blueberry Sauce

So easy and so yummy!

Blueberry Sauce
about 2 cups

½ cup sugar
¼ cup orange juice concentrate
2 tablespoons cornstarch
3 cups fresh blueberries

Combine sugar, concentrate and cornstarch; stir until smooth. Add blueberries and bring to a boil. Boil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Store in the refrigerator. Warm to use as a topping for pancakes, waffles, pound cake or ice cream. Enjoy!
