  5. Haha! Hi Rual Canadian - I'm so sorry I skipped a Monday! I wasn't really sure if anyone would notice. ;-) But I see at least one person was expecting a muffin recipe. :-) "Muffin Monday" will be back soon. For now, please try the Pumpkin Harvest cookies - they are so cake-like that they almost taste like muffins! :-)
