Kerri, It's a Judy Garland Movie, set during the turn of the century like Meet Me in St. Louis. The premise of the movie is like Shop Around the Corner and You've Got Mail. :-)
I love old movies, but I have never seen this one. Who stars in it? Guess I'll have to put this one on my netflix list :)
