...while making our little temporary house feel like home. :-)
A few simple changes were needed.
For instance, every time I opened the tiny pantry, I felt sad.
Just a little clean, white shelf paper -
and I felt much better! ;-)
and I felt much better! ;-)
Finally getting some meals on the table,
that didn't come out of a sack! Yay! And I'm learning to cook on a gas stove for the first time and I like it! :-)
sounds like things are coming together for you.
ReplyDeleteI agree, the shelf paper makes a big difference in the whole mood of that pantry shelf!
Your food looks yummy!
I love my gas stove. Glad you are back.
ReplyDeleteIts always nice to get things back to some sense of normalness (if that's even a word!) I use it all the time!! Haha! Glad you are up and blogging again. You will love cooking on a gas stove, your right though it takes some getting used to :)
ReplyDeleteGlad to see you are back to blogging. You have been in my thoughts and I've made many of your recipes lately. The sloppy joe one was wonderful & so simple! I ended up finishing eating straight out of the skillet after we had our servings! Your white pantry liner is a great idea. Sometimes it's just the littlest things that can brighten up an area. :-) That looks JUST like my ss Dutch oven pan! Tell me it's Emerilware too and I will just scream. :-) Take care & blessings..

ReplyDeleteI hope the unpacking goes quickly for you.
