~Summer Evening Supper Pie~


Recipe from Smitten Kitchen.
Tomatoes, corn, cheddar cheese, a delicious pie crust
and a tangy sauce.
Yum-um and even better the next day.
DO NOT save time and use a can of corn!
Fresh all the way for this - you won't be sorry. :-)

P.S. I mentioned to Mr. H. that maybe 
I'll throw a little bacon in next time I make this.
