When I made them this time, I chopped the apples instead of shredding them and I cut them into triangles from a flattened disk instead of dropping them like biscuits.
We had the same craving for pumpkin granola. I've made two batches already this week (which for normal sized families would be six batches!) I'm glad to know I'm not the only one completely head-first for fall flavors right now.
