Great menu Mrs. H! We're having mexican food this week too--do you make your own guacamole & pico di gallo?

Thank you everyone that stopped by today! :-)

Christina - I do make my pico and guac homemade. I would be glad to post my recipes if you would like.

Sherry - that is funny! We had them both tonight and they were very good! A nice meat and potatoes meal. :-)

learning to be frugal - my husband is a hunter and he has his deer processed into this wonderful sausage. Our friends and family love it, too. :-)
