Buttermilk Biscuits

2 cups flour
1 tablespoon sugar
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup buttermilk
extra butter

Preheat oven to 450.
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Cut in butter.
Add buttermilk and stir just until combined.
Cut out biscuits and place on parchment lined cookie sheet.
Bake 12 minutes or until golden brown.
Spread tops with melted butter.

I love me some biscuits! I'm the only one in the house that is not gluten free. Can these be frozen?
