There are two different "Olive Garden" salad dressing recipes I found to be floating all over the internet. I chose to try the one that did not call for raw egg. The family didn't think it tasted too much like Olive Garden's, but it was very good and they ate the whole bowl very quickly!

Looks yummy!
I made salad with last night's dinner. We agree, not much like Olive Garden's, but really tasty. Everyone gobbled it up.
I use the raw egg recipe - they say the lemon juice "cooks" the egg. I think the raw egg version is much more like the real thing.
That salad looks just like it came from the Olive Garden. My mouth was watering reading the recipe. We are going to try this one out.
Egg beaters in place of raw egg. Have been making for years. Tastes just like Olive Garden!
My local Sams Club sells the Olive Garden Salad dressing and croutons now. The label says water, soybean oil, distilled vinegar, high fructose corn syrup, salt , egg, Romano cheese, dehydrated garlic, sugar, spices, xantham gum, dextrose, calcium disodium to protect flavor, annatto color, natural flavors. The bottle says it is produced by T. Marzetti.
