I've been getting things ready
for the chicks to arrive!

And Mr. H. hung the heat lamp.
He spent lots of time getting
the level just right for the chicks.
They need the temperature in the brooder to be 95 degrees
for the first week.
After that we will raise the lamp each week
to lower the temperature 5 degrees.
Now all that's left is to wait for the post office to call! :-)
