Pioneer Pizza
Homemade pizza was on the menu tonight and I thought it would be fun to try the Pioneer Woman's favorite pizza dough instead of my usual bread machine recipe for pizza dough. (Ok, truth be told, I have most of my cookbooks in storage right now and realized just a few hours before supper that my bread machine cookbook was one of them! :-)
We really enjoyed the dough and it was actually just as simple to make, if not simpler, than using the bread machine. I only used her recipe for the dough and went with our usual toppings - pepperoni and ham for the boys and green bell pepper for the girls.

What I've Been Up To...
...while making our little temporary house feel like home. :-)
A few simple changes were needed.
For instance, every time I opened the tiny pantry, I felt sad.
Just a little clean, white shelf paper -
and I felt much better! ;-)

Finally getting some meals on the table,that didn't come out of a sack! Yay!
And I'm learning to cook on a gas stove for the first time and I like it! :-)
