Chicken Coop Day 14

I think we're ready for some chickens!

Mr. H. hung the feeder today

and got the waterer set up in the yard.

And I got the inside of the house ready.

We are expecting a lot of rain this evening,
so we should have a good idea tomorrow
of how the coop is going to fair in the elements.

I hope the chickens will be happy!

Chicken Coop Day 12

Mr. H.'s work is all done on the chicken coop!

Now it's my turn.

I spent this afternoon shopping for chicken things.

the waterer

the feeder

the feed

the scratch

the supplements

the hay

and the pine shavings

Gulp! I'm very close to having some chickens and I'm getting very excited and just a little bit nervous!
