Shine Your Sink Every Day...

the FlyLady way!

To keep my sink shiny I have a friend -

Thank you to Mrs. Wilt, of The Sparrow's Nest, for introducing us!

My reminder for all those times when the sink isn't quite so 'shiny'...

Thank you God for dirty dishes;

They have a tale to tell.

While other folk go hungry,

We're eating very well.

With home and health and happiness,

We shouldn't want to fuss;

For by this stack of evidence,

God's been very good to us!

I was just browsing through blogs and found yours. You seem so together and happy. I think it is a wonderful thing to happy and content. You are blessed. I have four kids and we do the dishes every evening and still there are always dishes in the sink. I wish I could shine mine too!!!

I just dropped in from Mrs. Wilt's and wanted to say hello. Your blog is darling! Oh, I love me some Mrs. Meyers....I'm partial to the lavender, but will have to give the Lemon Verbena a try. I will be back often to visit :)

Hi Mrs. H! I spotted your note in Mrs. Wilt's chatbox and thought I would stop by and say hello! Your kitchen sink looks great and I love Mrs. Meyers' products too. Geranium is my favorite, but the Gingerbread at Christmas time was very nice too!

I just love using Lemon Verbena in the kitchen - I have a stash of Geranium under the bathroom sink! Has anyone tried out the new fragrances? I saw "Basil" at the store recently and just noticed the "Rhubarb" Spring Cleaning kit on the website - fun! :-)

Hi "Still Learning"! I'm so glad you visited my blog. My sink doesn't stay shiny all the time, that's for sure - just once or twice a day makes me feel good. I like to get those dishes out of the way. Everyone in my family knows if they leave their glass unattended I will have it in the dishwasher before they blink! haha :-) Good luck with your sink!

I'm the same way when it comes to glasses and the dishwasher, Mrs. H! My husband likes to save his glass for refills, so he has to hide it on me. ;o)
I haven't been able to find the basil and rhubarb scents yet, I would love to though since I love them both!
