Honey-eyed Chicken
1/2 cup honey
1/3 cup butter
1/4 cup mustard
4 teaspoons curry powder
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Combine honey, butter, mustard and curry in a small saucepan. Heat and stir until butter is melted. Place chicken in a baking dish and pour sauce over chicken. Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes.
