I have been a recluse for awhile, just caught up on your blog & I can see you have been busy cooking more delicious recipes & planning school. I so respect your "from scratch" cooking. I used to do that when I had 2 kids. It tastes sooo much better. You are truly an inspiration. BTW, I am so excited for your piece of the tree. How thrilled you must have been! I was excited for you.
