"The real things haven't changed. It is still best to be honest and truthful; to make the most of what we have; to be happy with simple pleasures; and have courage when things go wrong." ~ Laura Ingalls Wilder
My daughter has been the first at Heritage Schoolhouse to start to recover from our family flu. She spent some time finishing up her second knitting project ~ a "funky, chunky scarf" on h-u-g-e needles. Very fun!
I had to show you some of our knitting projects. Neither B nor I have worked on knitting in half a year!
This first one is B almost 2 years ago. http://jennys363.blogspot.com/2007/03/day-63-tuesday.html And she eventually made a great scarf for herself with BIG needles.
I made a cool little purse. http://jennys363.blogspot.com/2007/06/i-turned-this.html
And I have the pattern of our dear Mrs. N who made little dish cloths for EVERYONE. It's very easy and I'm sure your daughter could do it! http://jennys363.blogspot.com/2007/11/day-330-tuesday.html
GREAT job! beautiful colors. i love chunky yarn. (right? you caught that when i posted before christmas about all the chunky scarves i was knitting...).
