serves 3-4
1 tablespoon butter
6 fresh eggs
2 tablespoons milk
2 tablespoons freshly grated parmesan cheese
a sprinkle of rosemary
salt and pepper to taste
Melt butter in skillet. Add eggs and milk. Scramble with a wire whisk. Add cheese, rosemary, and seasonings. Cook until done and enjoy! So easy, so delish!

Looks yummy! I never go beyond the basics thinking hubby won't like the change, but for my next breakfast, I'm trying this!
