"The real things haven't changed. It is still best to be honest and truthful; to make the most of what we have; to be happy with simple pleasures; and have courage when things go wrong." ~ Laura Ingalls Wilder
We love our chalkboard too! I think it's the same one! We have used it for everything from menus, grocery lists, to-do lists, helping with spelling, a distraction when babies are hungry, but mom isn't QUITE fast enough - so the biggest puts a chair up against the wall, and the littlest climbs up and has a great time chalking up the board until food is served! What a great way to showcase our kids handwriting progress as well! Congrats - and it looks so cute too!! -SEG
Hi Sra. Gose, Thank you for visiting my blog! I just clicked on your name and enjoyed your latest entries over at your Flip Flop Spanish blog. I'm so glad you had such a wonderful, restful Mother's Day. (I enjoyed reading the reason behind your 4:00 am posting time!) And, thank you for telling me how y'all use your chalk board - makes me wish there was still someone at my house that needed to pull up a chair to reach ours! ;-)
