This might sound crazy, but I can't stand any kind of ground meat. It's a texture thing! (except, now I like your chili :) BUT, this sounded so yummy. I just made it with chicken and turkey bacon. The bacon needs to go in first and be almost cooked before adding the chicken. It is super yummy! I have this habit of taking other people's great recipes and tweaking them. Thanks for the recipe!
